INTEGRA AIR is a company with extensive experience in the elimination of polluting gases, backed by more than 20 years of work by our founders in this sector and more than 300 successful installations in several countries around the world. We have our own manufacturing of filters, absorbents and catalysts. The production lines are located in Barcelona and Castellón, Spain.

INTEGRA AIR offers a comprehensive solution to our clients' environmental emissions problems:

Study of emissions and proposal of technical solution. We will propose the most suitable type of absorber and type of filters to eliminate the client's emissions. Other alternative solutions will also be proposed if necessary.

“Turnkey” engineering and installation. For our filters to work properly, they must be connected to the ventilation system, or to the customer's emission current. To do this, our engineering team will propose the best way to adapt our filters to the client's facilities and will take care of the pretreatment of the air/gas, so that it reaches our filters in the appropriate conditions, in order to obtain the most effective removal of contaminants. and economically viable.

System automation. As an option, customers have the possibility of having their emissions elimination system completely or partially monitored, according to their possibilities and needs. This includes the control and monitoring of parameters such as flow, temperature, pressure losses, concentration of contaminants at the inlet and outlet of filters, control and action on the valves of the entire system, fire protection systems, action on air temperature/ gas, etc. We have our own technical automation and control team that will be responsible for creating a personalized system for each client and its subsequent care and maintenance.

Commissioning, monitoring and updating. Our technicians and engineers are in charge of commissioning our facilities, verifying the promised effectiveness with the client. Throughout the life of the filter, our technical team will provide constant support to our customers, to always be aware of the correct functioning of the filter system and help them in the filter change processes.

Waste management. The waste generated and removed within our filters, upon arrival at our logistics center, is analyzed and sent to an official collaborating waste manager, who will give it the indicated destination according to local, national and European regulations. A copy of the waste management documentation will always be provided to the client. With our mobile filter system, the client does not have to carry out any type of waste manipulation or deal with its management. We take care of everything.
